Outpatient Services
Pathways Center offers Outpatient Treatment programs in six of the counties that it serves. These programs are strategically located to provide convenient and accessible services to its ten (10) county service area. Services offered through Outpatient Treatment programs may be clinic-based or may be provided in a community setting. Outpatient Treatment programs are available to all eligible individuals in our community that are 18 years of age or are emancipated minors and who meet core customer criteria

24/7 Crisis Residential Services
Pathways Center’s Crisis Stabilization Units (CSUs) are medically monitored, community-based residential alternatives to hospitalization. The CSUs provide short-term crisis stabilization programs that provide psychiatric crisis stabilization and detoxification for adults and children and adolescents

Pathways Center Community Access Services has two distinct categories: Community Access Group and Community Access Individual. Community Access services are individually planned to meet the participant’s needs and preferences for active community participation. Community Access services are provided outside the participant’s place of residences
